Curious to know how other organizations utilize PolicyStat? Due to how old policy/document systems were structuredprior to the transition intoPolicyStat, we utilize for documents well beyond the realm of policies (procedures and guidelines). This type of utilization muddies the waters when attempting to establish awell-defined, succinctgovernance system. Any thoughts from others that may have conquered the issue or are dealing with a similar issue?

We have begun to separate policies and procedures and the way we are doing that is by areas. For instance we will have an area HIM area and also HIM Procedures area. This is in the beginning stages, so we haven’t made a lot of progress, but that is the idea.
